Linda entered the insurance industry in 1985 as a Customer Service Representative and a producer. In 1992, she opened the doors to Main Street Insurance Agency, Inc. located in Attica, NY. MSI now has locations in Bell, FL and Warsaw, NY. The agency is licensed to sell insurance in NY, NJ, PA, TX, FL and GA. MSI is a proud member of the Alpha Associates, Inc., which is a group of 20 professional insurance agents in upstate and middle NY and PA.
A daughter of a blacksmith and Linda’s background with horses, makes it a natural fit for her agency to specialize in Equine Mortality, Farm Insurance and Equine Event Insurance. “Our niche equine market has created many opportunities for us. We have been able to help people with other insurance needs,” explains Linda. The agency can also provide auto, home, business, and life insurance. Linda currently serves as the President of the Attica Area Chamber of Commerce and is active in various community and school events. Linda lives in Varysburg with her son and husband, Mike Hoffmeister.

Katie Merle joined the agency in June 2005 as a customer service representative. She is currently handling “specialty lines” which includes horse mortality, recreational vehicles and farmowners. Katie obtained her P&C License in June 2007. In 2011, Katie and her family decided to move to Florida where she obtained her resident Florida license and maintained her non resident New York State license. Thereby extending the agency’s territory to four states – NY, PA, NJ & FL!

Bridget Pratt joined the agency in April 2022 as a Customer Service Representative. She brings with her 3 years of insurance experience as a licensed insurance agent. Bridget services personal lines, small commercial and personal farm accounts. She lives in Warsaw with her fiancé, dog and horses.

Sam Bennett previously worked for Main Street Insurance from 2016-2017. She rejoined our staff as a customer service representative in March of 2022. Sam works in the Attica office serving accounts, answering phones and taking payments. She lives in Attica with her son Owen.

Mackenzie Eastman joined the agency in January 2023, as a customer service representative. Mackenzie works in the Warsaw office, and brings many years of experience in customer service with many connections in within the community. She lives on her beef cow farm in Wethersfield with Dave and son Dawson along with their dog Penny.

Adelaide Dun joined the agency in January 2024. She works in the Bell Florida office as a Customer Service Representative. Her duties consist of customer service, assisting clients with insurance payments and office projects to keep our system running smoothly. In her free time she enjoys going to the many springs throughout Florida and spending time with her boyfriend and their dog, Grey.

Amy Meisner joined the agency in July 2023 as a Customer Service Representative. She works in the Attica Office and brings with her 4 years of insurance experience as a licensed Life Insurance Agent. Amy serves on the Board of the Attica Chamber of Commerce and the Hilbert College Alumni Association; she enjoys being involved within the Communities she services. Amy lives in Attica with her husband.

Michelle L. Taylor has worked at the agency since 1995 and obtained her P&C license in 1996 and her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in May 2007. In 2022, Michelle has taken a sales position in the agency. She active in the community where she lives with her family.
