Linda entered the insurance industry in 1985 as a Customer Service Representative and a producer. In 1992, she opened the doors to Main Street Insurance Agency, Inc. located in Attica, NY. MSI now has locations in Bell, FL and Warsaw, NY. The agency is licensed to sell insurance in NY, NJ, PA, TX, FL and GA. MSI is a proud member of the Alpha Associates, Inc., which is a group of 20 professional insurance agents in upstate and middle NY and PA.<\/p>\n

A daughter of a blacksmith and Linda\u2019s background with horses, makes it a natural fit for her agency to specialize in Equine Mortality, Farm Insurance and Equine Event Insurance. \u201cOur niche equine market has created many opportunities for us. We have been able to help people with other insurance needs,\u201d explains Linda. The agency can also provide auto, home, business, and life insurance. Main Street Insurance has an amazing staff willing to help you with your insurance needs.<\/p>\n

Linda currently serves as the President of the Attica Area Chamber of Commerce and is active in various community and school events. Linda lives in Varysburg with her son and husband, Mike Hoffmeister.<\/p>\n

Katie Merle joined the agency in June 2005 as a customer service representative. She is currently handling \u201cspecialty lines\u201d which includes horse mortality, recreational vehicles and farmowners. Katie obtained her P&C License in June 2007. In 2011, Katie and her family decided to move to Florida where she obtained her resident Florida license and maintained her non resident New York State license. Thereby extending the agency\u2019s territory to four states \u2013 NY, PA, NJ & FL!<\/p>\n

Mary Jo Cline re-joined the agency in April of 2017, as a customer service representative after being with us from 1997-2001. In April 2018, Mary Jo obtained her New York State property and Casualty insurance license. Mary Jo handles personal lines customer service for the agency as well as specialty lines including snowmobile, motorcycle and travel trailer. She has three children and lives in Alexander with her husband of 25 years.<\/p>\n

Bridget Pratt joined the agency in April 2022 as a Customer Service Representative. She brings with her 3 years of insurance experience as a licensed insurance agent. Ann Lapp joined Main Street Insurance in 2020. She obtained her P&C license in 1984 and has 37 years of insurance experience. Ann specializes in commercial lines insurance with experience in municipalities, contractors, and trucking operations. She also volunteers with the Attica Fire Dept. & Rescue Squad. Ann lives in Attica with her husband.<\/p>\n

Sarah Royce joined the agency in March 2022 as a customer service representative. She has several years of customer service experience. Sam Bennett previously worked for Main Street Insurance from 2016-2017. She rejoined our staff as a customer service representative in March of 2022. Sam works in the Attica office serving accounts, answering phones and taking payments. She lives in Attica with her son Owen.<\/p>\n

Michelle L. Taylor has worked at the agency since 1995 and obtained her P&C license in 1996 and her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representa\u00adtive) designation in May 2007. In 2022, Michelle has taken a sales position in the agency.\u00a0 She active in the community where she lives with her family.<\/p>\n

Having over 30 years of insurance experience, she is well aware of the always changing insurance industry. Cheryl also managers our newest branch office in Warsaw, also a full service agency offering the same personal service as the other offices. Cheryl specializes in personal lines insurance, commercial auto and small commercial accounts. Also a volunteers at Suzanne\u2019s Comfort Care home in Perry, where she does fundraising for the non-profit hospice home. Cheryl lives in Perry with her husband of 40 years, has two daughters and 4 grandchildren, and is also a licensed Realtor.<\/p>\n

\"Linda\"Linda entered the insurance industry in 1985 as a CSR (Customer Service Representative) and a producer. In 1992, she opened the doors to Main Street Insurance Agency, Inc. located in Attica, NY. The agency is licensed to sell Life and Property \/ Casualty in NY, PA and FL. MSI is a proud member of the Alpha Associates, Inc., which is a group of 22 professional insurance agents in upstate and middle NY and PA.<\/p>

Her achievements include: receiving the LUTCF designation in1996, in 2001 was appointed on the board of directors for the Insurance Club of Buffalo, and was the organization's President in 2005. This club hosts one of the largest insurance information days in New York State. She is past President of the agency management system, DORIS, users group. Linda has served on the Attica Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2009 and is currently the President of the organization. Linda enjoys organizing the Chamber\u2019s annual golf outing and helps with festivals in the village.<\/p>

Linda lives in Varysburg with her son and husband, Mike Hoffmeister.<\/p>

Michelle L. Taylor has worked in the agency since 1995 and obtained her P&C license in 1996 and her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in May 2007. As well as being the office manager, she performs commercial lines customer service - handling small contractor\u2019s and business owners. In addition to completing continuing education, as required by the State to keep her license current and to stay on top of today\u2019s ever changing insurance markets, Michelle has also decided to obtain her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, one of the industry\u2019s most challenging and respected professional designations. Michelle is also active in the community where she lives with her husband and two daughters.<\/p>
